Job Purpose: As a WEM Tester, you will safely pressure and/or leak test grey iron, ductile iron, steel and stainless-steel castings, while following all Work Instructions. You will be required to maintain the highest level of quality and report results accurately.

Assemble parts for loading on testing bench.
Visually examine parts for defects such as cracks and pin holes.
Measures results of pressure test and logs data.
Separates and marks defective parts according to job specifications and department procedures.

Disassembles parts after testing is complete.
Tag & move parts to staging area for storage.

A. Education: High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
B. Experience: 1-3 months experience in simple assembly. Experience in a metals manufacturing environment is a plus.
C. Technology Aptitude/Skills: Problem solving skills necessary to deal with issues involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations. Must have ability to use basic high school math. Ability to read and interpret a tape measure required. Ability to read a machining scale a plus.
D. Functional Skills: Excellent prioritization, organizational and attention to detail are important in this role.

As the Consumer Loan Officer, I your responsibilities will be:

Physical Demands

Work Environment and Working Conditions
Work will normally be performed inside of the store facility; however, some work may occasionally be performed outside in conditions ranging from cold below 32 degrees to heat above 100 degrees. The work environment is usually fast paced with regular deadlines and sales expectations. Extreme noise and vibrations may occasionally be experienced. Associates may be subjected to hazards such as burns, cuts, electrical, explosive, and mechanical. Due to the nature of the work, associates may be exposed atmospheric conditions such as dust fumes, odors, and poor ventilation. JOB DUTIES
Diagnose welding machine and other production machine malfunctions and operating difficulties and perform necessary repairs and/or adjustments to keep machines in production and minimize downtime.
Perform tooling repair as quickly as possible to minimize downtime.
Perform preventive maintenance of and repair overhead cranes and periodic preventative maintenance of other production equipment and perform such tasks as lubrication and adjustment.
Assist and/or perform the installation or relocation of machines, performing erection, leveling, fitting and aligning operations.
Perform building repairs. Maintain building furnaces and air conditioner units, cleaning and changing filters.
Diagnose and repair shop equipment or building related electrical problems.
Maintain and repair lawn care equipment.
Requirements

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Requires education generally equivalent to a high school diploma and 1 to 3 years of related mechanical and electrical repair experience in a welding or metal forming shop.

Speak effectively with USEMCO personnel concerning maintenance issues and production operations.
Perform calculations relating to maintenance and repair.
Apply commonsense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written and oral form.
Deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
Requires very good mechanical aptitude and the ability to read blueprints.
Requires the ability to use a wide variety of hand and power tools and measuring devices.

Summary of Role
The Administrative Assistant role is a multifaceted position designed to support the smooth operation of the workplace by managing a variety of essential tasks. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
* Assist employees in managing their visitors in accordance with the visitor policy to ensure a secure and efficient process.
* Regularly stock refrigerators in accordance with food safety requirements.
* Regularly stock supply closets to ensure availability of necessary items.
* Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
* Assist with mailings and laminating tasks as needed.
* Program and print badge access cards for employees.
* Maintain a tidy and organized workspace in accordance with our look and feel guidelines to promote a safe, clean, and productive office environment.
* Coordinate and conduct office building tours for farmers, employees, and visitors, as requested.
* Serve as a subject matter expert in our Integrated Workplace Management Software, visitor management software, and access control software.

* Fill in at the retail store and cafe POS, as needed, to support operations.

This hourly wage range is exclusive of fringe benefits. The compensation package may also include incentive compensation opportunities in the form of discretionary bonuses.
