Identify trends and formulate action plans for growing product categories by analyzing POS, inventory, orders, and the landscape.
Provide support on Amazon Advertising, analyze performance metrics, suggest optimizations, and liaise with agency partners.
Feed product team with insights on emerging products and competitors in spaces TMLC currently does not play.
Analyze assortment productivity and sales performance to support decision making related to advertisement, promotions, and content improvement.
Create, maintain, and analyze relevant dashboards/reports and present findings.

Identify demand patterns and recommend actions to minimize impact of cancelled orders.

Develop pricing recommendations to maximize sales based on historical changes, promotions, etc.
Partner with Supply Chain and Demand Planning to secure forecasts in line with channel plans and financial forecasts.
Work with Sales and Product to develop better forecasts for new product launches.
Assist in portfolio streamlining efforts by analyzing where sales migrate when buy boxes are down/products are out of stock/low availability/streamlined.
Provide support for financial forecasting, including assisting in monthly sales projections and quantifying risks and opportunities.
Take part in annual budgeting process to quantify share loss/gains, new product impacts, major events, and promotions.
Participate in special projects as needed, including eCommerce POD support.
Qualifications
BS in Business or related discipline or equivalent experience required;
advanced degree preferred.
