Position Overview
This individual will support our Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, and retail team in all aspects of store operations including: associate management, stock disposition, merchandise displays, and especially customer relations. The SalesSupervisor is expected to bring innovation, creativity, and enthusiasm to our team. The ideal candidate is someone who has proven success in time management, high energy, attention to detail, offers outstanding customer service and possesses excellent people management skills.
Primary Responsibilities
Consistently demonstrate Tommy John's customer first selling standards to deliver a positive customer experience and achieve daily sales goals
Act as an ambassador of our Tommy John values; lead by example and demonstrate integrity and an ability to earn trust
Proactively resolve escalated customer concerns in the utmost professional manner
Promote awareness and growth of Tommy John by encouraging associates to inform customers about the brand social media channels and hashtags
Supervise register sales transactions to ensure they are completed accurately and efficiently in accordance with established cash control procedures and customer service guidelines
Prepare and monitor rolling inventory and annual fiscal inventory
Ensure return merchandise is restocked to the correct product location on the sales floor; all damaged and defective merchandise is properly labeled and placed in appropriate area at the end of each shift
Reflect brand style, key looks and dress code; encourages associates to update/maintain their brand representation
Communicate presentation standards and replenishment needs to ensure that the store is always customer-ready
Maintain a neat, clean and organized sales floor, fitting room(s) and stockroom to ensure the store environment is safe and presentable for employees and customers
Create an environment of teamwork and collaboration
Qualifications, Skills, & Experience
High School Diploma or higher education (i.e. Bachelor's degree in Retail Merchandising, Business or related field is a plus)
4 years of proven sales experience in a fashion/retail environment, with at least 1 year in a leadership role
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to delegate and explain tasks effectively
Approachable and effective listener with the ability to motivate, train and develop team
Exceptional organizational + merchandising skills with the ability to drive the business through creativity and extensive fashion knowledge
Ability to stand and walk around for extended periods of time, with short breaks
Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays
Ability to lift in excess of 30 pounds

Required Skills:
Retail Experience: 1-2 years in high volume retail environment a plus.

Tech-savvy or strong comfort around technology as component of daily responsibilities.

Overview
Tonal is looking for a Showroom SalesSupervisor for our Northpark retail store. In this role, you will report to the Northpark Showroom Leader and will be instrumental in creating Tonal's excellent client experience. What You Will Do

• General
• Leverage the EHS Data Management system applications and serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the bakery. Manage the effective application of the various EHS modules at the bakery level by both the plant management team as well as the front-line employees.
• Perform regular safety, environmental and sustainability inspections and ensure compliance with corporate and government standards.
• Facilitate training completion for applicable regulatory and corporate safety standards to ensure compliance. Develop and deliver safety topics and materials to supervisors to review during shift meetings.
• Serve as lead bakery contact for regulatory inspections (OSHA, EPA) and citation abatement, informal conference, and other regulatory agency interactions.
• Maintain all required records and submit all required reports to the regulatory agencies (OSHA, EPA) on a timely basis and interface with regulatory agency personnel as needed.

Minimum Requirements
* Must be over the age of 18
* Ability to lift and move at least 50 lbs.
* Ability to bend, squat, twist and reach
