Responsible for on-call procedures when indicated. In Absence of Supervisor/Director, this position oversees the Radiology Department to ensure that the unit is operating efficiently and effectively. Special Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills necessary to understand oral and written instructions stated in radiological and medical terms and to exchange information with patients and staff. Problem solving skills. Minimum Requirements: Education: Completion of JRCERT approved formal program in Radiologic Technology. Experience: One - two years radiology experience with demonstrated leadership skills. Licensure/Certifications: Currently Certified and Registered in Radiography R.T. (R)(CRT). CPR. The Specialist's operational focus complements the Behavioral Health Coach's engagement and coaching focus. Facility Operations, Documentation & Readiness Lead daily functional operations of the house, ensuring routines and environmental standards are executed.
