Primary Responsibilities: Conduct direct voter contact through door-to-door canvassing and phone banking Recruit, train, and manage volunteers for various campaign activities Assist in organizing and executing campaign events and voter outreach initiatives Track and report on voter contact and volunteer recruitment metrics Collaborate with the Field Director and other team members to implement campaign strategies Requirements: Access to reliable transportation Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends Strong communication and interpersonal skills Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team Comfortable with technology and data entry Passion for community engagement and local politics Preferred Qualifications: Previous campaign volunteer experience Familiarity with Salt Lake County and local political landscape Experience in volunteer management or community organizing This is an independent contractor position reporting directly to the Field Director. The ideal candidate will be energetic, adaptable, and committed to helping Natalie Pinkney win her campaign for Salt Lake County Council.
