Requirements Primary Duties: · Set up and operate Haas CNC lathes and mills to produce high-quality parts according to engineering specifications. · Write, edit, and troubleshoot G-code programs for turning, milling, drilling, and contouring operations. · Perform machine setups including tooling, work holding, offsets, and program loading. · Conduct first-piece and in-process inspections using precision measuring instruments. · Monitor machine performance and adjust optimize cycle times and part quality. · Maintain accurate documentation of setups, tool usage, and inspection results. · Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machines to ensure optimal performance. · Collaborate with engineering, quality, and production teams to resolve issues and improve processes. · Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies, including zero-tolerance drug testing requirements. Experience & Skills: · 2+ years of experience operating Haas CNC machines (ST-30/ST-25 lathes and/or VF-4 mill). · Strong understanding of G-code programming and CNC controls. · Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and GD&T. · Pro Experience with multi-axis machining and complex part geometries. · Familiarity with ISO or AS9100 quality standards. · Basic knowledge of CAM software (e.g. Mastercam, Fusion 360) is a plus. · Proficiency with measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges. Maximum lifting weight can reach about 50lbs, maximum carrying weight is about 30lbs, and the maximum pushing and pulling weights can reach 100-150lbs. 3. Frequent forward and lateral reach may be required, as well as frequent grasping, handling, pinching. Working in this position requires a very strong ability to work alone and self-supervised as well as the ability to supervise others. 4.
