In this role, the individual will provide DITA authoring, content migration, and tools support to technical writers using SDL(RWS)'s Tridion Docs DITA-based component content management system (CCMS), Adobe FrameMaker, and MadCap Flare. This individual will be an integral part of the Tools and Technology team, follow established content authoring guidelines and migration plans, and work closely with other technical writers. This position reports to the Director of Customer Engagement and Success.
+ Migrate unstructured content into DITA to produce reusable, technically accurate and well-structured topics while adhering to a structured styles guide.
+ Provide tools and template support and training to team members to help improve user proficiency with the department's technologies.
+ Learn new development tools and methods.
+ Work on multiple projects concurrently.
