Our Cable/HPump facility in Claremore, OK is looking for a Manufacturing Tooling Specialist to own and coordinate all machine tooling for the plant while being empowered to drive change and continuous improvement that delivers improved machine utilization and efficiency.

As a Manufacturing Tooling Specialist, you will be responsible for:

* Ensuring that equipment and tools are in good condition for use. Propose plans for preventive maintenance and corrective action.
* Exchanging data and information interaction concerns and also improvements in products, processes and procedures.
* Handling standardized manufacturing processes. Guidelines for choosing the right actions. Some latitude in ways of working and planning.
* Leading a small manufacturing unit with a budget > $ 0.5 million.

To be successful in this role you will:

* Have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in Manufacturing).
* Have at least 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
* Have experience with tooling coordination.
* Have good coordinating and planning skills.

Waters Corporation is seeking a technical writer with extensive DITA authoring experience to join our organization. In this role, the individual will provide DITA authoring, content migration, and tools support to technical writers using SDL(RWS)'s Tridion Docs DITA-based component content management system (CCMS), Adobe FrameMaker, and MadCap Flare. This individual will be an integral part of the Tools and Technology team, follow established content authoring guidelines and migration plans, and work closely with other technical writers. This position reports to the Director of Customer Engagement and Success.

+ Migrate unstructured content into DITA to produce reusable, technically accurate and well-structured topics while adhering to a structured styles guide.

+ Provide tools and template support and training to team members to help improve user proficiency with the department's technologies.
+ Learn new development tools and methods.

+ Work on multiple projects concurrently.

+ Consistently meet deadlines. Alert supervisor if a situation or deadline changes.

+ Collaborate as a member of cross-functional project teams, specifically working with other technical writers, software/hardware development teams, evaluation, training, and customer support.

+ Establish and maintain good working relationships with all Waters employees.

+ Previous experience working with component content management (CCMS) and source control systems.

+ Previous experience writing for reuse.

+ Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies.

+ Previous experience writing for localization preferred.

+ Bachelors Degree.
