Ajey Kaushal is an MBA graduate with a focus on technology management and entrepreneurship from UCLA Anderson. Prior to Anderson, Ajey spent four years in management consulting in Chicago, leading engagements for C-level Fortune 500 clients. He most recently served as Investment Associate at PLG Ventures where he led the firm's coverage of consumer tech businesses.

At Anderson, Ajey was the student body President, responsible for overseeing all student-led clubs, associations and activities and served as the student representative on the UCLA Anderson Board of Advisors. Ajey was also named one of Poets & Quants 'Best and Brightest MBAs Class of 2020' and was a recipient of the Anderson Exceptional Student Fellowship and the Hannah and Thormund Miller Scholarship.

Bill’s passion for beverages started at an early age. During his high school and college years, his summers were spent working in the warehouse and driving a delivery truck for his family’s beer distributorships. He soon learned to love the beverage industry for many reasons—its dynamic culture, its well-branded and innovative products, and most of all its entrepreneurial and committed people.

Chris Greco is a Chief Financial Officer at First Bev and Chief Financial Officer at Topa Equities, Ltd. and is based in Greater Los Angeles Area. He has worked as Auditor at Windes, Chief Financial Officer & Chief Compliance Officer at Newstone Capital Partners, and Treasurer at Wesco Financial. Chris studied at University of Colorado Boulder - Leeds School of Business between 1995 and 1999.

Brian Schween is a Chief Digital Officer at Topa Equities, Ltd. and is based in Los Angeles, California. He has worked as Manager of Systems Development at Midland Risk Insurance Co; SVP, CIO at Topa Insurance Company; and Managing Architect - Digital Services at Csaa Insurance Exchange. Brian studied at Chaffey College.
