They must be able to operate the machinery onsite and do so with the utmost safety and care for the equipment. Key Responsibilities: Promote and sell GRT Rubber products and systems into hard rock mining operations, especially in copper and gold mining segments. Demonstrated success selling to hard rock operations (copper, gold, or similar). Technical aptitude in crushing, screening, conveying systems, or wear materials. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Self-starter with strong time-management skills and willingness to travel up to 60%. Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business, or related discipline. Familiarity with GRT Rubber products, wear-resistant systems, or transfer points.
