Topgolf CEO and leadership

As the Chief Executive Officer, Artie Starrs will be responsible for the continued growth and expansion of Topgolf as one of the premiere golf entertainment companies in the world, fueled by new parent company Callaway Golf and its full portfolio of powerhouse brands, which includes Odyssey, OGIO, TravisMathew and Jack Wolfskin.

Artie comes to Topgolf from Yum! Brands where he most recently served as Global CEO for Pizza Hut, overseeing its 18,000 locations across 110 countries. Prior to this role, he was President of Pizza Hut U.S. and before joining Yum! Brands, he served as Chief Financial Officer for Rave Cinemas.

Accomplished, energetic, creative, award winning Chief Marketing Officer, President, General Manager, and Board Member with a proven track record of delivering results at some of the world's biggest and most iconic brands. Motivated and passionate leader with vision, strong creative thinking skills, and organizational development abilities. Areas of expertise include product development, brand management, advertising, media, digital/social, music & entertainment marketing, and developing future leaders.

William Davenport is a Chief Financial Officer at Topgolf and is based in Dallas, Texas. He has experience at KPMG and has worked as SVP Finance - Chili's and On The Border at BRINKER, VP:Financial Planning at NEIMAN MARCUS GROUP LTD LLC, and Assurance Manager at KPMG US. William attended Texas A&M University between 1989 and 1993.

Maynor joined Topgolf from the global leadership advisory firm, Egon Zehnder, where she was a Partner and Global Head of its consumer practice. Her practice includes a focus on leadership development, digital transformation, brand building and customer centricity across a wide array of industries including restaurants, gaming, entertainment, retail, apparel, and consumer products. She regularly advises Fortune 500 companies and high-growth disruptors on brand building, ecommerce and digital capabilities while also serving as a contributor to Forbes with a focus on leadership insights.

Andrew Macaulay serves as Chief Technology Officer for Topgolf Entertainment Group, where he leads the development of innovative ways to experience and grow the game of golf - in-person, virtually and digitally. As a self-proclaimed golf lover, Andrew works to introduce new audiences to the game through technology.

Prior to Topgolf, Andrew served as CIO at WesTower Communications, a leader in the cell tower construction and maintenance business. He is also the former CIO at Clearwire Communications, the company that built the first-ever 4G wireless network in the U.S. There, he transformed the cost, quality, engagement and output of the IT Department.

Andrew earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and Operations Research from the University of Leeds in England, and an MBA from Baylor University in Texas. Andrew is from the U.K. near Watford, the home of the first Topgolf venue. Today, Andrew resides in Dallas with his wife and their three sons.

Chris Callaway serves as Chief Development Officer for Topgolf Entertainment Group, leading the Real Estate Development, Design and Construction teams. Chris oversees the site selection for Topgolf venue expansion across the globe and works to ensure that the brand is a catalyst for local economic growth in the communities where Topgolf operates.

Chris joined Topgolf in 2017 after 25 years with Walmart, where he led the development of more than 500 new Supercenters, Neighborhood Markets and Sam’s Clubs. Most recently, he served as the U.S. Vice President of Real Estate and Facilities Support for Sam’s Club. His main responsibilities included real estate, design, construction, remodeling and facilities maintenance.

Chris is a proud alumnus of the University of Arkansas and an avid Razorbacks fan. And while not related in any way to Callaway Golf Company, he enjoys playing golf frequently. Chris currently resides in Arkansas with his family.
