The primary job of the Sanitation Specialist is to maintain the sanitation and safety standards of the unit. The Director of Instruction will instruct Topgolf Guests in golf skills in individual lessons or in groups, manage Topgolf leagues, tournaments and player development series. The Director of Instruction will be responsible for scheduling lessons and will manage and develop coaching and sales skills in the Lead Instructors. Responsibilities: Ensuring proper food storage and sanitation standards to ensure guest safety. Prepare menu items using recipes and presentation guidelines established by IPIC.
