What You Bring to the Table: * Significant demonstratable experience in hospitality, entertainment, or food & beverage industry, with recent years spent as a General Manager in a high-volume, matrix structure. * Multi-unit management experience is preferred but not required! * Strong financial acumen and budget management skills. Proficiently skilled in data analysis and performance metrics. * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management or a related hospitality field or equivalent is desired (because we believe in a balance of skills and knowledge).
