Overview
As the Culinary Carvery Cook, you'll be stationed at our dedicated action-carving station, preparing and serving freshly sliced meats directly to guests. You will not rotate between stations-you're the go-to expert for all carving duties, from setup through service.

Carve and portion premium roast meats (turkey, brisket, roast beef) to order-only at the Carvery action station.

Ensure strict food safety procedures: safe temperatures, cross-contamination control, proper storage.
