Job Responsibilities Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, or pans using dishwashers or by hand. Place clean dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment in designated storage areas. Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, and utensils in clean and orderly condition. Sweep and mop floors, empty trash, and ensure cleanliness and safety in the kitchen area.
