Serve as the primary liaison for health inspections and ensure corrective actions are completed promptly.
Supervisory Responsibilities
Directly supervise team members assigned to sanitation and training functions.
Schedule and assign tasks to ensure coverage for audits, training sessions, and sanitation checks.
Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching for improvement.
Ensure team compliance with all park policies, health regulations, and safety standards.
Qualifications:
Qualifications
Two plus years of Food and Beverage experience preferred
ServSafe Proctor Certification required (or ability to obtain within 30 days).
Kansas City Food Manager Permit Certification required (or ability to obtain within 30 days).
Teaching or training experience strongly preferred.
Background in hospitality management, culinary arts, or food safety.
Strong knowledge of foodborne pathogens, illness prevention, and sanitation science.
Excellent organizational and communication skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in digital reporting tools and familiarity with Diversey sanitation standards

Works directly with the Ops Manager to perform day of show duties
Create work plan for operations crew and ensure tasks are performed in a safe and timely manner

REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Required
Must be at least 18 years of age with a High School diploma or GED.
Ability to obtain and maintain racing licenses as required by state law and pass a background check.
2 years leadership experience within a customer service call center environment.
Passionate problem solver with excellent trouble shooting skills and can-do attitude who can maintain a calm demeanor in stressful situations.
Independent self-starter with proven self-motivation and the ability to work professionally and collaboratively with others.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to manage multiple or competing priorities with a proven ability to pay close attention to the fine details.
Instills a philosophy of teamwork for the entire staff.
Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.
Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, Excel and Word.
Preferred
B.S. Degree Preferred, 2 years higher education or work experience substitute
Some experience with configurations of consoles, routers, port servers, switches and printers.
Some travel may be required.

● Demonstrated leadership ability with 1-2 years of experience in a guest-facing setting preferred.
● Flexible availability. This role often works nights, weekends, and/or holidays.
● Must be able to handle physical activity as it relates to the job, such as deep cleaning, painting, standing, crawling, bending, lifting 30-40 lbs, and minor game repairs.
● Ability to stand for long periods of time (about 75-80% of your shift).

Responsibilities
Sentinel is looking for an IT Systems and Infrastructure Team Lead to assist our customer. This is a hands on leadership role for someone who's well-rounded across the technical stack, with deep expertise in disaster recovery, Active Directory, and infrastructure management. This person would supervise and mentor the technical staff and collaborate with leadership to align IT initiatives with business goals. In this role, there is occasional travel to Indiana. This is a contract to hire role reporting onsite to our client location in Bensenville, IL.
Qualifications
8+ years of experience in IT infrastructure or systems management
Experience in disaster recovery planning and execution
Strong proficiency in Active Directory, M365, Virtualization and network hardware (switches, routers and switches)
Experience in HP environments (servers, storage, networking)
The candidate must have a car, as this position requires travel between location and the transportation of equipment
A valid driver's license and proof of vehicle insurance will be required
Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
Must demonstrate a “can-do” attitude
