What You'll Do:
Provide on-site behavioral health services in a primary care clinic.
Provide consultation with Providers to aid or assist in the primary care of patients.
Serve as primary mental health Provider or ancillary health Provider as needed.
Assist care team with ICD-11 diagnoses, adding mental health differential diagnoses and contextual and relational perspectives.
Work across disciplines to provide equitable biopsychosocial-spiritual care, intervening in support of team and patient goals.
Use culturally informed and evidence-based literature for shared decision-making around health behaviors and assist with navigating the healthcare system.
Work in a closely organized, interdisciplinary team on treatment plans, patient advocacy, and clinic processes.
Conduct individual and group training for staff in areas of expertise and to community organizations as requested by supervisor.
Develop research-related funding proposals.
Partner with other Providers to triage referrals.
Provide coverage and backup for other Providers.
May assign patients to team clinicians.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Perform clinical responsibilities in alignment with The Joint Commission (TJC), Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA), American Psychological Association (APA) and YVFWC requirements.
Represent the program at meetings as requested by Behavioral Health or clinic leadership.
Participate in the development of new programming and projects related to Behavioral Health
Qualifications
Clinical Psychologist Requirements:
Education: Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) or Doctor of Psychology (Psy.D.) in Clinical Psychology.
Experience Preferred: One year's clinical experience working within a multidisciplinary team in primary care or other medical settings, providing diagnostic and psychological assessments for primary care-based positions. One year's clinical experience working with children, adolescents, and families in specialty behavioral health settings.
Licenses/Registration: Licensed Psychologist within the state of practice. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 45 days of hire.
Master's Level Therapist Requirements
Education: Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related field.
Experience Required: Two years of postgraduate/master's experience in the direct treatment of persons with mental illness or emotional disturbance; such experience must have been gained under the supervision of a mental health professional. Washington State designation as a Mental Health Professional (MHP) may be substituted for this experience requirement.
Licenses/Certificates/Registration: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 45 days of hire. One of the following licenses is required for this position (must apply for within one week of hire if the license is not current):

What You'll Do:
Update patient medical records, conduct X-ray procedures, including panoramic images and intraoral photographs

What You'll Do:
Enters patient data in the system including patient name, insurance, allergies, doctor and diagnosis. Enters the prescription in the system, selecting the brand, product/drug, and appropriate strength to align with the instructions given by the prescribing Provider.
Fills or dispenses the product from the pharmacy stock and delivers to patient.
Processes prescription refills verifying refill availability.
Maintains awareness of stock level and enters order for restocking based on defined minimum inventory levels. Verifies quantity and submits order to the Wholesaler.
Verifies product orders received with invoice and purchase order. Places a sticker on each item and places on the shelf.
Monitors and checks expiration dates on drugs in stock and prepares expired stock for return to Wholesaler. Processes credit invoices associated with the returns.
Returns or discards dispensed prescription to stock if not picked up by patient in 30 days. Enters information in the system for reverse billing.
Completes third party billing form and contacts Provider if prior authorization is required.
Performs clinical responsibilities in alignment with The Joint Commission (TJC), Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) and YVFWC requirements.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED).
One year's experience in a pharmacy setting preferred.
Pharmacy Technician license for states of practice. Alternatively, may have an active Pharmacy Intern License for the states of practice.

Qualifications
Clinical Psychologist Requirements:
Education: Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) or Doctor of Psychology (Psy.D.) in Clinical Psychology.
Experience Preferred: One year's clinical experience working within a multidisciplinary team in primary care or other medical settings, providing diagnostic and psychological assessments for primary care-based positions. One year's clinical experience working with children, adolescents, and families in specialty behavioral health settings.
Licenses/Registration: Licensed Psychologist within the state of practice. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 45 days of hire.
Master's Level Therapist Requirements
Education: Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related field.

General Summary:
Maintains and cleans University buildings and grounds. Fulfills work orders for faculty, staff, and students. Assists with preparation for special events on campus. Responds to maintenance emergencies and inclement weather events as needed.
Essential Job Functions:

Cardiovascular Thoracic Unit (CVTU) - CVTU is a 12 bed unit. Provides care for patients requiring or having previously had surgery on the organ of the thoracic cavity, including heart, lungs or the great vessels. Other patients requiring ICU, cardiac monitoring or other nursing services are admitted as beds are available.
Intensive Care Unit (ICU) - Provides care for critically ill patients and consists of but not limited to cardiac monitoring, ventilation support, vasopressin drugs, and thrombolytic agents. The population includes patients requiring intense surgical, cardiac, respiratory, trauma, neuro, and unstable hemodynamic care. This is a 13 bed unit.
Cardiac Catheterization Lab - Three cath lab rooms and 5 bay recovery area. Provides diagnostic procedures and interventional cardiac procedures:
• Impella
• IABP
• Angiojet
• Pericardiocentesis
• Diagnostic and Interventional peripheral procedures utilizing Atherectomy
• Stents
• Thrombectomy devices
• Carotid Stenting
• Abdominal Aortic Aneurism repair endovascular procedure
• Vena cava filter placement and removal; G-Tube placement
• CRM devices implantation including pacemakers
• AICD & BICD
• EP studies including ablations
• Cardioversion
• Tilt tables
Qualifications
Qualifications
Washington State RN License, experience preferred. Three to five years experience as a head nurse or staff nurse in which administrative and supervisory ability has been demonstrated is preferred. Critical Care experience preferred.
