The Packline II Operator will work in the packaging side for Minerva Dairy. This role combines machine tending with manual packaging duties to ensure production lines run efficiently. Qualifications Key Responsibilities Machine Operation: Oversee the automated packaging machinery, ensuring the smooth flow of 40lb cheese blocks and butter items through the line. Robotic System Management: Load pallets and skid sheets into the robot cell to ensure continuous palletization without interruption. Material Supply: Maintain and replenish packaging materials, ensuring cardboard, collars, and other consumables are loaded into the machinery as needed. Quality Control: Perform and analyze metal detection checks at specific required frequencies to ensure food safety and product quality standards are met. Manual Packaging: Assist the line by manually placing butter cartons into boxes to prepare them for the auto-palletizer. Sanitation & Safety: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and safety protocols. Physical Requirements Ability to frequently lift, carry, and maneuver up to 40-50 lbs (specifically regarding cheese blocks and packaging materials). Ability to bend, stoop, and reach to load materials into machinery. Schedule Details Hours: 4:00 PM to 4:00 AM. Rotation: This position operates on a 12-hour rotating schedule, which provides every other weekend off to ensure work-life balance.
