As Toptal's Chief Financial Officer, Andrew is responsible for all Finance operations, working closely with the executive team to ensure sufficient financial resources and thoughtful analytics to drive growth. He is a Finance leader with over 30 years of experience. Before joining Toptal, Andrew was the CFO of Kindle Energy, a Blackstone portfolio energy company, and CFO of Mercuria Energy Americas, a global energy trading firm. He also worked at Constellation Energy for many years in numerous executive roles, culminating as the head of mergers and acquisitions. Andrew earned a BS in Economics from MIT and an MBA from the University of Chicago.

Michelle (Burnham) Labbe is the Chief People Officer at Toptal. Michelle attended the University of Arizona.

Success with business strategy development and execution, planning rhythms, financial and performance analytics, reporting, project management, operations and compliance, budgeting/forecasting/strict financial management, creation of KPIs and metrics driven processes, product development/marketing, sales management and coaching teams through transition.

Ismael Peinado is a Chief Technology Officer at Toptal and is based in Remote, Oregon. He has worked as Head of Technology at The Bancorp Bank, IT Engineer at Philips, and Chief Technology Officer at Cash Converters. Ismael attended UNIVERSIDAD DE MALAGA between 1996 and 2000.

Sean is a versatile global executive with diverse leadership experience in general management, strategy, finance, operations, and technology roles.

As Toptal’s Chief Revenue Officer, Sean is responsible for overseeing business strategy, sales, and client success for Toptal. Before joining Toptal, Sean spent over a decade at Cognizant in various leadership positions, concluding his tenure as COO of Cognizant Digital, a division with over $5b in annual revenue. His breadth of experience at Cognizant included orchestrating a turnaround of Cognizant Digital, building and managing a portfolio of dozens of businesses, and creating the infrastructure for their Office of the CEO. During Sean's tenure, Cognizant grew to over $40b in market capitalization.

His track record of operating product and services P&Ls spans multiple stages of growth; as President of Accelerator he built and ran businesses ranging from $10M to $1B that collectively contributed $1.75B+ in profitable annual revenue upon graduation.

The breadth of experiences throughout Sean's career reflects an aptitude for systems thinking and “pulling it all together”. He marries a methodical, startup mindset with a deeply analytical and action-oriented approach to challenge the status quo in established systems. He is an empathetic people leader who builds and empowers diverse, globally distributed teams.
