If you are part of the in crowd (management favored) this is the place to be, if you can get someone in management to like you. and the Benefits here are really good!
they discriminate and hold you down, technicians who work on the factory floor are treated like dogs, you will be lucky to get a hello back from management, this includes the CEO, management is down right dirty here, management gets a slap on the hand that is quickly covered up for being racist or discriminating, but as an employee you will be punished promptly if they do not like the look of your face
Medical is superb
The pay was fairly good, during the fourteen years I worked there (1997 -2012).
It's a brittle, brutal atmosphere you'll find yourself within. The jobs themselves are okay, but good luck with the cliquish management. You'll in fact be managed by your inferiors.
