Torch Technologies is seeking an Army Aviation Operations SME to support senior executives in managing and coordinating a large Program Management Office, focusing on acquisition strategy, program planning, and stakeholder management. This person will directly support and report to the Project Manager and Deputy Project Manager.
As an Operations Analyst, your duties will include the following but not limited to:
* Support senior leadership with key operations for the Project Office
* Develop and execute new tactics for improving office operations aimed at increasing efficiency, productivity, morale and mission results
* Plan, organize, and direct the work of teams or task forces in response to directives and tasks assigned by leadership
* Responsible for updating, implementing, and enforcing policies or core working practices
* Manage office battle rhythm and compile data (e.g. meetings, minutes, agendas, and action items)

Job Requirements
* U.S. Citizenship
* Bachelor's degree and 10 years of experience, at least 5 years Army or DoD Acquisition experience (Army Aviation preferred)
* Active Security Clearance
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience with Army's Enterprise Task Management Software Solution (ETMS2)
* Comprehensive knowledge of Army regulations, acquisition policies and precedents, program goals and objectives, and work processes of the organizations supported, as well as relationships with other programs within Department of the Army

The Electronics/Cable Technician supports the assembly and integration of electronic and cable systems used in commercial, aerospace, and defense applications. This role works closely with engineers, project managers, and manufacturing team members to build high-quality electro-mechanical assemblies in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
As an Electronics/Cable Technician your duties will include the following but are not limited to:
* Fabricate and assemble cable harnesses and electro-mechanical assemblies, including small and intricate components

Required Experience
* Bachelors' degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, business or other related field or equivalent
* Minimum of 5-8 years related experience
* Working knowledge of desktop applications such as word processing, spreadsheet, and database programs
* Working knowledge of current operating systems and programming language
* Proficiency in C/C++ and/or Python for embedded systems, autonomy, scripting, and testing.

Torch Technologies is seeking an experienced Aerospace Engineer to support the Future Long Range Assault Aircraft (FLRAA) Army program office as an aeronautical engineer providing subject matter expertise on air vehicle parameters including performance (speed, range, fuel efficiency), handling qualities, mass properties, service life, and drive systems. The ideal candidate will have experience managing aviation acquisition programs and technical expertise in structures, propulsion, and/or dynamic components. This position is critical to driving program success, ensuring compliance with aviation standards, and fostering collaboration across teams.
As an Aerospace Engineer your duties will include the following, but are not limited to:
Lead and support the FLRAA design, production, and acquisition program, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timelines.
Support system specification development and requirements analysis activities.
Provide technical oversight and guidance in structures, propulsion, and/or dynamic components.
Develop, review, and manage Statements of Work (SOWs) to ensure clarity and alignment with program requirements.
Conduct Technology Readiness Assessments (TRAs) and system-level trade studies to support development of requirements.
Evaluate new technologies for application in improving design of highly complex aerospace systems.
Provide technical risk assessments and develop risk mitigation strategies.
Support Mission Equipment integration activities.
Plan, coordinate, direct, and evaluate testing of highly complex aerospace systems.
Support system qualification planning and execution.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support airworthiness certification and aviation testing efforts.
Apply systems engineering principles to integrate and optimize program components.
Support Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) initiatives to enhance program efficiency and effectiveness.
Ensure compliance with aviation regulations, DoD acquisition processes, standards, and policies.

Job Requirements
U.S. Citizenship
