Mr. Gary Lee Coleman has been the Co-Chief Executive Officer of Torchmark Corporation since June 1, 2012 and served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer since September 1999 until May 2012. Mr. Hutchison served as Vice President and General Counsel of Torchmark Corporation from April 1997 to September 1999. He served as Executive Vice President and General Counsel at Torchmark Corporation from September 1999 to May 2012. He has been the Co-Chairman of the Board at Torchmark Corporation since April 2014.
