A Ventrac hand welder will set up, operate, and/or tend hand-welding machines to produce weldments. This person must pay high attention to detail and work under limited supervision. They must efficiently perform hand welding. This job involves collaborating with other team members to help meet department goals and objectives.
Position Responsibilities:
Read and conform to schematics, drawings and other work instructions
Set up jobs by selecting appropriate fixtures, weld patterns, components, programs, tooling, etc.
Operate welding equipment and tune to optimize the welding process for quality and efficiency
Minimum Qualifications:
Minimum high school diploma, GED or equivalent school with relevant work experience
Minimum 1-3 years of welding training/experience
Maintain high safety standards and be able to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to lift at least 40 lbs. regularly and bend, squat, walk or stand for extended periods of time
Ability to pass a welding test
Preferred Qualifications:
3+ years of welding experience

The Product Safety Engineer-Construction Division is responsible for collaborating closely with internal business partners to develop, test and qualify products to be compliant with industry safety and regulatory standards. Assists in the development of product safety policies and procedures. Represents company on pertinent domestic and international technical societies and standards organizations committees. Serves in a consultative capacity to the Legal Department regarding worldwide response to product compliance and injury incidents.

* Review and provide feedback for operator's manuals, on-product markings, and marketing materials.

What Do You Need?
To be considered for this role, an individual should meet the following minimal requirements:
* Bachelor's degree from an ABET accredited Mechanical, Electrical, Aeronautical, or Agricultural Engineering program, or closely related engineering field
* Engineer II-3+ years of relevant experience in product safety or product testing.
* Engineer III - 5+ years of relevant experience in product safety or product testing.
* Engineer IV- 7+ years of relevant experience in product safety or product testing.
* Engineer V - 10+ years of relevant experience in product safety or product testing.
* Experience in international standards and regulatory requirements for earthmoving, construction, or similar products
* Previous experience in product safety and regulatory compliance and standards promulgation
* Collaborative team player with ability to communicate and work effectively with various stakeholders

**The starting pay range for Minnesota is $92,000 to $127,000 per year. We are hiring a Director - Corporate Strategy to build and own Timken's enterprise-wide profitable growth agenda. It is a senior executive position responsible for designing, implementation planning and overseeing Timken's corporate strategy to drive growth, innovation and long-term success- Identifying attractive growth opportunities, recommending where we play and how we win; mobilizing resources and driving enterprise wide execution. Primarily responsible for providing expert knowledge and leadership in the development, application, and deployment of advanced materials and material processing technologies, utilizing an understanding of materials thermodynamics, materials thermal processing fundamentals, and ferrous metallurgy.
Specific duties include:
* Conceives, plans, and executes projects working either alone or in collaboration with others to address the needs of the business units or corporate centers. Takes a lead role in collaborative effort to solve complex problems while requiring novel approaches that leverage and/or further advanced engineering research in metallurgy and materials science. * Interacts proactively with product development, sales, marketing, and manufacturing. Leads activities with outside vendors and suppliers to accomplish project goals. (30%);
