Your Opportunity:
As a Technical Product Support Representative, you will support industry-leading products that leverage innovation and technology to enhance productivity for our customers. Respond to and resolve technical inquiries quickly and accurately along with performing technical research to quickly identify product issues and provide technical product support. Partner with our distributor, dealer, mass merchant, or end customer service channel to deliver customer-focused operational excellence and be an advocate for product quality.

What Will You Do?

Product Issue Support: Respond to distributor, dealer, mass merchant, or end customer technical and quality inquiries /issues/ complaints from a variety of sources (phone, electronic case submissions, emails, etc.) and resolve these issues by involving and collaborating with others as needed to implement quick and accurate solutions. Leverage and drive digital and technological transformation in service support activities by utilizing current and future technologies to gain efficiencies in technical support. . Assist our service channel with our newest technology in the areas of global positioning systems (GPS), electronic. engine/systems (Tier 4), Controller Area Network (CAN) controls, hybrid technology, autosteer technology, remote diagnostic systems, lithium-ion batteries, and more. Document all issues and complaints via case management system and standard operating procedures.
Technical Communications and Manuals: Create and publish technical service bulletins and alerts. Perform technical publication reviews. Support fault code diagnostic test development and implementation. Support the development and implementation of technical videos for both training and technical reference.
Technical Training Support: Provide subject matter input for technical training development. Conduct and support hands-on technical training events.
New Product Development: Actively interface with internal cross functional groups including sales, field operations, engineering, marketing, quality assurance and manufacturing to address technical issues during new product development and aftermarket support.
Customer Relations: Build strong relationships with distributor, dealer, mass merchant, or end customer personnel such as service technicians, shop foremen, service managers, sales representatives and end-user customers. Conduct field support visits to support quality issues and escalated product issues. Review and adjudicate after warranty support and policy exception requests.
What Do You Need?
To be considered for this role, an individual should meet the following minimal requirements:
Technical school graduate in automotive, heavy construction /truck technology, robotics, hydraulics --OR-- a Bachelors degree in engineering, manufacturing, or automotive emphasis.
Must possess a high degree of technical aptitude in technologies such as: electrical, electronic control systems, CAN, hydraulics, diesel and gasoline engines, drivetrain systems, hybrid technology, global positioning systems. Proficient at reading specifications or technical documents and electrical/hydraulic schematics. Demonstrated ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner. Proficient in use of computer applications, including Microsoft Office software suite.
Customer support experience necessary with a proven ability to listen and empathize appropriately with customers as well as communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical individuals. Experience in a distributor or dealer channel environment.
Must have the ability to work in a fast paced, high demand problem solving environment with the ability to meet and/or negotiate timelines as necessary.
Preferred:
"Skills USA" program graduate highly preferred.
Multi-lingual skills preferred.
Bachelors degree in engineering with mechanical, electrical/software, manufacturing, or automotive emphasis.
Experience in the areas of fleet equipment maintenance, reel and rotary mower theory, sprayers/chemical application, aerification, and turf grass maintenance practices.

Competitive Salary
- A reasonable pay range for this opportunity is $70,000 - $92,000. The pay range takes into account skills, experience, education, and location. It is not common to be hired at or near the top of the range; compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. Summary
This position is responsible for the set-up and operation of CNC machines and tooling (e.g., tool changes and wear) in the assigned cell or production area. Responsible for machining parts and operating CNC machines while maintaining quality and safety standards. Machine Operator will work with various materials and parts from castings. Duties are performed under direct supervision. This individual must be dedicated to the success of Polaris and its quest to continually improve its operations. Perform duties to manufacture Polaris products, meeting OSHA and other compliance requirements.
Responsibilities
Operates CNC equipment and is responsible for the proper use of machines, tooling and inspection equipment.
Loads parts into machine and verifies settings by measuring positions, first-run and sample parts.
Maintains production rate in terms of cycle time, quantity and quality assigned to the job.
Changes cutting tools and adjusts machine feeds and speeds as needed.
Understands the manufacturing and machining processes and makes suggestions in how to improve these processes.
Uses various measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers and other inspection gauges.
Verifies fixture setup using all necessary inspection equipment under supervision.
Makes high quality parts to specifications and assists with the identification of root causes and corrective action for quality problems.
Understands and follows work orders and documents. Ensures all production process documentation is completed and accurate.
Performs in process inspection of machined parts and accurately completes the required paperwork such as the Inspection Process (IP) sheet.
Documents and communicates among shifts any actions taken (e.g., changes, concerns) on machine operations.
Is able to maintain a balanced workload by prioritizing and maintaining machine set-up, production and maintenance duties.
Completes secondary operations such as deburring, assembling and washing parts during the machine cycle time per the print and machining process.
Maintains work area and equipment in a clean orderly condition and follows specified safety procedures at all times.

**JOB SUMMARY:** Responsible for preparing design layouts and drawings according to engineering specifications using CREO software. Sr. Layout Designer will support existing and new programs, help resolve field issues and provide design solutions and help execute the group's product plan.
**ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:**

+ Determines tooling requirements and method of tooling components.
+ Use CREO design software to model, design, and document engineering data.
+ Develop/design procedures for parts, assemblies, and layouts.
+ Ensure designs are meeting the safety, quality, reliability, development schedule, and cost goals set forth by the product planning group.
+ Take part in frequent benchmarking activities and incorporate lessons learned into designs
+ Establish and effectively communicate design requirements early on for the Industrial Design team and work through solutions with ID to achieve a feasible concept
+ Competence in design methodology for multiple manufacturing processes
+ Perform other miscellaneous project related assignments such as BOM development and prototype procurement
+ Ability to understand, manage, and communicate the system level tradeoffs between different concepts
**SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE**
- Two-year degree in mechanical drafting and design technology
- Minimum of 7 years' design/drafting experience
- Strong problem resolution skills
- Working Knowledge of GD&T per ANSI/ASME Y14.5
- Design experience with castings, injection molding, plastic, tube design, and complex stampings
- Proven track record and extensive experience on CREO modeling software and Windchill Data Manager
- Experience in a model year-based production environment
- Direct design experience with components and systems; Powersports related is a plus
- Must be a self-starter that requires minimal work direction.
- Must be able to successfully work on multiple projects at one while prioritizing work accordingly.

The supplier quality engineering supervisor is responsible for managing and leading a sub-group of NPI project team members. These team members are responsible for the development & execution of risk mitigation activities to meet product development process scorecard deliverables. Job Qualifications: We require interns to be enrolled in an educational program during the duration of the internship program. In addition, you should meet the following minimal requirements:
Majoring in Electrical, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science - focusing on embedded systems or Software Apps (PC, Apple or Android). We prefer you to have a minimum 3.2 GPA.
A minor in Cybersecurity is a plus.
At a minimum, you must be entering your sophomore year of college.
Programming Experience in C or C# preferred. Python, C++, Visual C programming, JSON, and experience with CAN bus protocol are all beneficial.
Our best interns have strong communication skills, solve challenging problems, and a positive attitude.

Enjoy a flexible schedule during the summer! By working a little more during the first few days of the week, TTC employees at certain locations are able to start their weekends early and leave by noon on Friday.
