REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
· Effective June 1, 2023: Diagnostic Medical Sonographer Certificate OR Bachelor's Degree in Ultrasound required for all new hires.
· For Radiology sites/affiliates with ACR accreditation, Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS) certification required (within 6 months of graduation from Commission on Accreditation of Allied Program (CAAHEP), or within 18 months of graduation from a non-accredited program). If hired prior to September 1, 2022, a Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer is required by March 1, 2023.
· For Neurovascular & Vascular, the RDMS is not required.

promotion
of
all
athletic programs The Sports Information Director will be a position within the Finger Lakes Community College Association a 501c3 not for profit organization incorporated in 1972 to establish operate manage and promote auxiliary related services to benefit the FLCC campus community Essential Responsibilities Responsible for internal and external communications of all 19 intercollegiate athletic programs Write and publish press releases and game recaps and disseminate them to local media outlets Manage all aspects of the FLCC athletics department website Run all game day operations for all home games including statistics management streaming video and press box tasks and training all home event staff Ensure statistics are compiled and reported in a timely manager to the NJCAA Region 3 and FLCC athletics website Create and update weekly facilities event calendar and disseminate to the college community Develop marketing materials stories and social media campaigns promoting FLCC teams and student athletes Maintain all archives which include rosters schedulesresults photos statistics rankings awards news releases etc Promote and market FLCC athletic facilities for rental use for external stakeholders Collaborate with athletic staff in managing scheduling and coordinating athletic facility use Responsible for other duties as assigned by the Director and Assistant Director of Athletics General Responsibilities Responsible for developing relationships with local newspapers and media outlets and increasing press coverage at the national regional and local levels Ability to accept direction prioritize and work under pressure and time constraints Detail oriented and organized approach to work Ability to work well with college students and interact cooperatively with other members of the faculty staff and administration Strong interpersonal skills required Proficiency in Presto stats website management and streaming video services Strong ability to multitask is crucial Organizational Relationships The Sports Information Director reports to the Director of Athletics Employment Standards Bachelors Degree in Athletic Administration Sport Management Communication or related field Experience working within a college environment is preferred Writing Sample required during interview process Compensation Non Exempt Full Time Hourly Position Evaluation performed on a yearly basis Hourly range of 19 21 per hour This is a courtesy post on behalf of the Finger Lakes Community College Association Inc

Distinguishing Feature of the Class
The work is primarily of a routine nature and involves the independent performance of standardized clerical tasks involving the use of a computer. Detailed instructions are given for new or difficult assignments. Alertness and willingness to learn and prepare for assignments of progressively increasing difficulty are essential attributes for employees in this title. Excepting the ability to typewrite, this class is equivalent to the class of Clerk. Does related work as required.
Typical Work Activities
Types forms, form letters, transcripts, invoices, vouchers records, payrolls, timecards and similar materials;
Acts a receptionist;
Intake of family court eligibility forms, collects information, enters information into PDCMS program;
Send vouchers to assigned attorneys
Open new family court cases into PDCMS program;
Assist family court attorney in data collection/reporting requirements;
Operate various office machines - copiers, adding machines, etc.;
Files correspondence, memorandum, reports and other materials
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Working knowledge of office terminology, procedures and equipment; working knowledge of business arithmetic and English; ability to operate an alphanumeric keyboard such as a computer and related peripheral equipment at an acceptable rate of speed (35 words per minute); ability to set up appropriate forms, charges and other tabular listings; ability to perform close, detailed work; ability to obtain and relay information; ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions; ability to get along well with others, clerical aptitude; mental alertness; neatness; accuracy; tact and courtesy.
