Like I said I was straight out of high school the compensation was fine for me at that time. No clue what the industry average was

It’s a great environment to be in if you’re surrounded by the right people.

Managers who are tired of doing their job and take it out on their workers and pin them against eachother.

Being able to work with people and make them feel comfortable in their body.

They’re amazing. And keep everyone in loop of what’s going on unlike other company’s and jenuinly nice people to have a conversation with when you have the chance to meet them.

Making sure retail managers are actually doing their job and not forcing the people on their stores to do something they’re not getting paid for. Or making them do things that they know is illegal knowing they won’t say anything in fear of getting fired.
