Coordinate and conduct new hire orientation and the I-9 verification process.
Create, file and maintain digital employee records in Docuware.
Handle confidential and sensitive information and routinely performs data entry.
Compile routine reports and maintain spreadsheets as needed.
Perform weekly compliance tracking for mandatory new hire training.
Conduct misc. audits regarding employee data.
Create routine correspondence and distribute documents as needed.
Generate purchase orders through Oracle EBS and reconcile monthly invoices for HR and Benefit vendors.
Manage initial & annual Department of Transportation (DOT) certifications for Delivery Drivers.
Greet employees and handle routine HR inquiries.
Connect employees with HR subject matter expert as needed.
Process and distribute all departmental mail.
Verification of employment letters for current and past employees.
Order office supplies.
May assist with HR projects, in support of Recruitment and Benefits department.
Provides general administration support to the HR department as required including filing, customer service, answering phones, scanning, photocopying and emails.
Perform other related duties as assigned.

The Regional Field Service Manager for Leica Biosystems is responsible for the daily management of their assigned regional team.
The Regional Field Service Manager will have formal management responsibilities for a defined team of Field Service Engineers. The candidate will gain valuable experience in interfacing multiple RF components by designing low loss impedance matching networks and subsequently analyze the integration of various filter technologies on the module using EM simulation tools.

Qualifications:

The candidate will have the ability to function effectively in a multi-geographic environment and must also be able to collaborate well with other engineers to achieve divisional objectives. The candidate may be asked to travel to Asia to collaborate across different design and development engineering sites to proliferate modeling methodologies and/or techniques that he/she has developed.
The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is currently USD $114,400 - $220,200 per year. Starting base pay will depend on relevant experience and skills, training and education, business needs, market demands, the ultimate job duties and requirements, and work location.
