Responsibilities Experienced healthcare-centric salespeople to channel their passionate, results-driven approach to expand our program's reach. Self-starters with experience in post-acute, senior, and managed care settings will focus on cultivating community referrals within their territory, providing education of PACE services (phone and in person) with the goal to enroll 8 eligible participants each month. Our field-based sales team uses Salesforce CRM to foster relationships with referral sources, plan their days and grow their book of business.
This is a salaried position with eligible commission that pays out monthly based on successful placement rates.
* Develops and executes the marketing and sales strategy for assigned territory to exceeds monthly enrollment quotas (minimum 6 enrollments/month).
* Creates strong relationships with referral sources in order to effectively educate others regarding InnovAge PACE services. Referrals sources include healthcare professionals, inpatient/outpatient healthcare settings, independent living communities, government entities, faith-based groups, community resources.

REQUIRED

Responsibilities Caring Shuttle Driver to transport our frail senior patients InnovAge Drivers provide transportation for our frail and elderly participants from their home to our Day Centers and appointments during the day and for field trips as part of the activities program. They deliver in-home meals and provide delivery and pick-up of supplies and medications for participants in addition to performing pre/post trip inspections. 90% of InnovAge's participants/passengers are COVID vaccinated. Physical attendance at an InnovAge facility and/or an InnovAge participant home is essential to performing the job duties. There are no evening shifts, weekends or holiday work required. There is a shared rotational schedule for Saturday coverage, which requires Saturday coverage once every 4 to 8 weeks, but is dependent on total drivers for the facility.
* Drives InnovAge vehicles in a safe and responsible manner which includes; utilizing defensive driving skills, following InnovAge policies, procedures and assigned routes.
* Loads and unloads participants in and out of InnovAge vehicles and assists participants into and out of their homes in adherence with InnovAge policies and procedures.
* Transports participants to all appointments that have been pre-arranged by the dispatcher.
