About Our Respiratory Team:
Comprised of over 400 Respiratory team members, our Respiratory Care team provide a wide range of specialized services to support patients with acute and chronic pulmonary conditions in the hospital setting. In addition to core respiratory therapy, services include pulmonary rehabilitation, asthma and COPD education, pulmonary function testing, and interventional procedures such as bronchoscopies and thoracentesis. The team also supports advanced diagnostics through robotic-assisted bronchoscopy and collaborates with the multidisciplinary Lung Nodule Clinic for lung cancer screening and evaluation. About this Position:
Our Registered Respiratory Therapists administer all therapeutic, diagnostic, and mechanical modalities under the purview of Respiratory Care Services, for which the Therapist has demonstrated appropriate proficiency, and has been documented as competent to perform these procedures. All of the criteria-based duties within this document will be performed according to established policies, procedures and guidelines within the department and the hospital. Responsibility for the delivery of Respiratory Care to patients of all age groups, to include all therapeutic treatments, oxygen therapy, arterial blood gas draws and analysis, ventilator management, and airway management. May assess staff blood gas competencies if qualified as a "Technical Consultant".
Our Registered Respiratory Therapist Critical Care team membersare ACCS or NPS certified and function as an expert in critical care areas (pediatric, neonatal and adult critical care). They are utilized as a resource for less experienced staff. In order to qualify for a Registered Respiratory Therapist Critical Care position, you must have at least 2 years of critical care experience in addition to an Adult Critical Care Specialist (ACCS) or Neonatal/Pediatric Specialist (NPS) certification as appropriate to population served/specialty.

Job Description
The Executive Director is responsible for the overall leadership, direction, growth and culture of the home health and hospice agency. In addition, he/she is responsible for the employment of qualified home health and hospice personnel; is responsible for the provision of home health and hospice services directly, and the delegation to and coordination of home health and hospice personnel evaluations; is responsible for establishing standards of care to comply with federal, state and local standards, guidelines and regulations. Duties and Responsibilities
Responsible for the overall financial operations of the home health/hospice agency.

Take action, make decisions and shape team priorities to achieve agency operational goals.

Meet or exceed budgeted revenue and EBITDA on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.

Essential Functions and Work Responsibilities
* Drives InnovAge vehicles in a safe and responsible manner which includes; utilizing defensive driving skills, following InnovAge policies, procedures and assigned routes.
* Loads and unloads participants in and out of InnovAge vehicles and assists participants into and out of their homes in adherence with InnovAge policies and procedures.
* Transports participants to all appointments that have been pre-arranged by the dispatcher.
* Delivers in-home meals, supplies and medications to participants, ensuring that the correct participants receive the correct parcels.
* Assists participants into their homes and helps with simple tasks when necessary and appropriate, such as; helping participants with outerwear and moving of items that are obstructing walking paths.
* Keeps Dispatch updated on all events of their assigned routes.
* Maintains safety and cleanliness of assigned vehicle and coordinates scheduling of van maintenance with the Manager of Transportation.
* Assists other Drivers with the loading and unloading of participants arriving and exiting the center.
