Responsible for the specific mechanical and electrical construction needs of Aviation facilities (e.g., Airports) and other related construction projects. This position will supervise all Mechanical, Electrical, and Special Systems Trade contractors and vendors involved in the project. Coordinate all Mechanical, Electrical, and Special Systems schedules, budgets, reports, and documentation from pre-construction through close-out. Requirements For This Position Include 5+ years. commercial construction experience with large sophisticated mechanical and electrical systems. Position requires extensive experience managing the construction of aviation projects and complex electrical and mechanical infrastructure projects. Candidate must have experience in developing project scopes and schedules, coordinating change orders and RFIs, managing and tracking project budgets, and cost control. Strong experience managing professional relationships with owner's representatives, architects, engineers, and clients while supervising trade partners and vendors is a priority.
