Full-Time Faculty, under the supervision of the Program Director and Academic/ Clinical Coordinator, is responsible for the management and evaluation of the program's academic and clinical components. The Faculty member will work 36+ hours per week. This includes but is not limited to the following responsibilities:

Assists the Academic/ Clinical Coordinator with the following:
* Maintain accreditation by coordinating the efforts of the PA Program to meet and/or exceed the ARC-PA Standards.
Teaching:
Instruct first year and second year students in the following:
Physical Diagnosis Lab Instructor Clinical Correlations Instructor Procedures Instructor Lecturing in area of expertise Advising first year and second year students Reviewing and grading master's projects
Curriculum:
Review academic/clinical curricular content for appropriateness to PA practice Monitor evaluation of learning outcomes Create and review academic and clinical exams
Committee Service:
Will participate on appropriate committees (as schedule allows) as requested by the Program Director. Participates in reaccreditation and program evaluation activities as deemed appropriate by the Program Director.
Responsibilities for general aspects of the PA Program and the School of Health Sciences
Participating in the admissions process including application review, interview and serving on the admissions committee. Participation in the developing, reviewing and revising as necessary the mission statement, goals, and competencies of the program. Participation in scholarly activities is encouraged (involvement in professional organizations, research, etc.) Participating in remedial instruction Participating in the preparation of accreditation documents and participating in the self-study process. Serving on school-wide committee is encouraged Participating in the recruitment effort
Qualifications
Education/Experience
* A master's degree or higher with experience in academia preferred
* Valid license to practice as a Physician Assistant and NCCPA Board Certified

* Must be able to work collaboratively and effectively with colleagues in a team environment.

The Murray Koppelman School of Business offers both undergraduate and graduate degree programs through its four departments: Accounting; Management, Marketing and Entrepreneurship; Economics; and Finance. The Department of Accounting has 8 full‑time faculty members. Our students are recruited by the Big 4 in New York City, and a recent Big 4 CEO is a Brooklyn College alumnus. We offer three undergraduate accounting programs including 2 unique 150‑hour programs that meet the CPA educational requirements. We offer an M.S. in Accounting and are developing an M.S. in Taxation as well as a fourth undergraduate program. We have existing or in‑development interdisciplinary programs with the other departments of the Koppelman School of Business.

Qualifications Minimum
Doctorate in Accounting or related field with coursework in Accounting or Tax from an accredited institution, OR a terminal degree in Tax or Law (for faculty who teach primarily in the tax area), awarded by August 1 2026.
Ability to teach undergraduate and graduate courses is required.
Experience using Artificial Intelligence (AI) in pedagogy or a strong commitment to learning how to use AI in pedagogy.
Strong commitment to engage students in career‑connected learning.
Ability to teach evening, weekends, face‑to‑face, and online to all types of students, including non‑traditional students.
Preferred
Interest and background in Tax or Systems/Analytics.
CPA or related credential.
Terminal degrees from AACSB‑accredited institutions.
Scholarly publication in Accounting or Tax.
Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full‑time basis. Sponsorship will not be offered for this position.
Compensation
$79,598 - $109,025 base salary per union contract; we offer competitive salary above base commensurate with candidate qualifications subject to budget and university approvals. The position includes an academic appointment at the Associate Professor/Professor level with the Columbia University Vagelos College of Physicians and Surgeons, one of the top-ranked multidisciplinary clinical and research teams in the country.
The Division of Pediatric Anesthesiology is committed to providing outstanding care for children of all ages from neonates to young adults, and across a range of surgical and nonsurgical specialties at the Morgan Stanley Children's Hospital of New York (MS CHONY). These include general surgery, neurosurgery, orthopedics, otolaryngology, ophthalmology, plastic surgery, urology, cardiac surgery, and solid organ transplantation. Notably, MS CHONY is home to one of the nation's busiest pediatric liver transplant programs. The clinical acuity at the MS CHONY is the highest of all children's hospitals in the US. MS CHONY is an exclusively pediatric facility, with ten operating rooms, an endo/bronchoscopy suite, and a diagnostic/imaging suite. The division provides specialized care for babies in the neonatal intensive care unit and children in the pediatric critical care unit and directs a dedicated pediatric pain management program and regional anesthesia service. Many of the activities and services of the Pediatric Anesthesiology division are integrated with the recently created Pediatric Cardiac Anesthesiology division, which serves the largest pediatric cardiac surgical program in New York.
The division features a robust clinical program at MS CHONY, with ten operating rooms, two endoscopy rooms, and three diagnostic and interventional imaging rooms. The division also provides specialized care in an active neonatal intensive care unit and operates a dedicated pediatric pain management program.
The ideal candidate is an accomplished physician with a strong record in clinical care, education, and scholarship in pediatric anesthesiology. The Division Chief will foster the scholarly activity of pediatric anesthesiology faculty and fellows, maintain the division's exceptional standards of clinical care, and promote collaborative relationships with surgeons, pediatricians, and other clinical teams.
This leadership role is supported by a dedicated group of 16 board-certified pediatric anesthesiologists (faculty), pediatric anesthesiology fellows, and trainees from the highly-rated Columbia University anesthesiology residency program. Extensive departmental resources, including a state-of-the-art simulation center, are available. The Division Chief will recruit new faculty and further develop educational programs, including our ACGME-accredited Pediatric Anesthesiology Fellowship. The successful candidate also will support the growth of research initiatives. The Touro University Graduate School of Social Work is seeking candidates for a full-time (10-month appointment), on-site, Associate Professor in Social Work. The successful candidate must have demonstrated capability to teach in multiple modalities including face-to-face, synchronous, and asynchronous online formats. Successful candidates will exhibit a commitment to excellence in teaching, mentoring, instructional design, and engaged scholarship. Experience should include curriculum development, education best practices, instruction/teaching in social work, student advising, ability to engage students both in and out of the classroom. Ideal candidates will have a defined area of research and scholarship and a social work practice area of expertise. Demonstrated experience with CSWE Accreditation Standards is a plus. A typical workday will entail teaching, advising, and meetings. Faculty carry a 21-credit workload per academic year, with responsibilities distributed across teaching, scholarship, and service. Faculty participate in MSW program activities as needed (orientation, community days, committee meetings, and curriculum development), and will also contribute on departmental and university-wide committees.
