Position Summary
The Senior Heavy Cleaner is a position in the Facilities Operations department which provides high quality floor care services in various academic, research, undergraduate/graduate, and administrative areas/units on the Columbia University Campuses and provides other custodial duties as assigned. The core responsibilities and focus for this position include operating any and all motor-driven cleaning equipment to spot clean and shampoo carpets, strip, buff and wax floors, stairwells, and corridors.
