    Faculty delivers and/or develops educational materials, teach in the lecture or skills laboratory setting, record videos and/or perform student assessment. Assigned to provide instruction in a portion of the curriculum for which indiividual has suitable training and experience. Responsibilities • Prepare and deliver curriculum including (but not limited to) lectures or laboratory lessons on assigned topics • Use current standards and references for educational materials in accordance with Tourocom curriculum and objectives • Perform curriculum development and delivery in accordance with the requirements set forth by the appropriate Course Director, Chair, Vice/Associate Chair or Dean • Participate in assessment of student performance through appropriate examination methods as assigned • Promote an appropriate atmosphere for student education and be responsive to students' needs • Serve on committees, as assigned • Advise and mentor students, as assigned Qualifications • MD or DO degree • Strong knowledge base in specialty area(s) • Demonstrated ability and desire to teach • Ability to work collaboratively • Strong interpersonal skills • Enthusiasm and motivation to contribute to the growth and development of osteopathic medicine and the university • An active and unrestricted medical license and Board certification preferred Maximum Salary USD $150.00/Hr. Minimum Salary USD $75.00/Hr.
