Blair joined Aviva in February 2014 from ASB, New Zealand’s largest retail bank, where he was Executive General Manager for Wealth and Insurance. He previously worked at Great Eastern Insurance where he led the strategic planning and transformation process and was instrumental in aligning country operations to a common vision and strategy. He has over 20 years’ experience in the financial services industry and has held a number of senior and executive positions at ANZ, AIA and AXA.Blair was appointed UK Digital Managing Director in September 2015 and has overall responsibility for the UKD business, including the trading and marketing plans, the digital and telephony customer experience, evolution of Aviva.co.uk and MyAviva and developing innovative and differentiated customer propositions. Previously, Blair led the Group Strategy team working closely with local executive and strategy teams to ensure global alignment and progress on our strategic priorities.

Michael Rajkovic has been our Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer since August 1, 2007. Prior to assuming that role, Mr. Rajkovic served as a senior member of CCM’s operations team from August 2006 to August 2007 and assisted Mr. Malcolm in various aspects of the 2007 acquisition of Tower Automotive. Before joining CCM, Mr. Rajkovic was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of United States Can Corporation, a global packaging company, from May 2005 to March 2006. Prior to his service with U.S. Can Corporation, Mr. Rajkovic served as Vice President of Finance, North America and as Chairman of the Canadian subsidiary of The Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company, an automotive products manufacturer, from August 2003 to May 2005. Prior to that period, Mr. Rajkovic held a variety of manufacturing and finance positions within Visteon Corporation, a manufacturer of climate, interior, electronic and lighting products for automobiles, from January 2000 to August 2003.
