Douglas Cifu is the Chief Executive Officer of Virtu Financial and was one of the co-founders of Virtu in 2008. Prior to joining Virtu, Mr. Cifu was a Partner at the international law firm Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison (Paul Weiss). At Paul Weiss, Mr. Cifu served as a member of the Management Committee, Deputy Chair of the Corporate Department and co-head of the Private Equity Group.

Don Wilson is founder and CEO of DRW, a principal trading firm with nearly 1000 employees at its Chicago headquarters and offices in Amsterdam, Austin, Greenwich, Houston, London, Montreal, New York and Singapore. Don started in the industry in 1989, focusing on capturing opportunities in the markets through technology, research and risk management, and founded DRW in 1992 while trading in the Eurodollar options pit at the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.DRW has since expanded into an extremely diversified trading portfolio - and it’s this diversification that sets DRW apart. DRW executes trading strategies on an array of exchanges, across many asset classes and instruments, using a variety of models. Don is an influential leader in the financial futures industry and in 2010 founded the FIA Principal Traders Group. He is co-founder and board member of Eris Exchange, a designated contract market which trades an interest swap futures contract, and is the co-inventor of the Eris Exchange’s intellectual property. In 2018, he co-founded ErisX, a US-based cryptoasset exchange with plans to offer both spot and futures contracts on one platform. He is co-founder and board member of Digital Asset Holdings, a company which leverages distributed ledger technology to improve the settlement of financial instruments.

Mr. Levine has served as President, Chief Executive Officer, and Director of Springleaf since October 1, 2011. Mr. Levine served as President and Chief Executive Officer and as a director of Capmark Financial Group Inc. (“Capmark”) (a commercial real estate finance company) from December 2008 until February 2011. On October 25, 2009, Capmark and certain of its subsidiaries filed voluntary petitions for reorganization under Chapter 11 of the U.S. Bankruptcy Code. Capmark and certain of its debtor subsidiaries emerged from bankruptcy on September 30, 2011. From 2000 to 2008, Mr. Levine served as President, Chief Executive Officer (Co-CEO from March 2000 until January 2007), and a member of the board of directors of Royal Bank of Scotland Global Banking & Markets, North America (a banking and financial services company) and Chief Executive Officer of its predecessor entity, RBS Greenwich Capital (a financial services company) with responsibility for the company’s institutional business in the United States. Previously, Mr. Levine was co-head of the Mortgage and Asset Backed Departments at RBS Greenwich Capital. Mr. Levine’s extensive experience in the financial industry and his previous experience as an executive officer and director of financial services companies allow him to provide the Board with a broad perspective of our industry.
