- Management is horrible, same for culture -Favoritism since there is no structure, free for all in regards to how the company is managed -Shady in terms that they let people go in a heart beat

CEO does not even say hello in passing - same with other people you work with. No one is polite or shows signs of mannerisms.

Starting with the above, leadership needs to be more welcoming and approachable - too many people who have been at Tower act like they run the place.

Not much to prepare fore - Interview was a mixture of technical skills, personality questions, and background qualifications
