Telecommunication Technician - MSO-EPC The Mobile Switching Office-Evolved Packet Core (MSO-EPC), also known as the Southern Linc Network Operations Center (NOC), is the critical 24 x 7 x 365 monitoring and resolution facility. The primary responsibilities of the position are to provide network monitoring, 1 st level troubleshooting, documentation, and problem resolution for the Southern Linc LTE/4G wireless network.
