Key Responsibilities
Lead and monitor installation crews and technicians on job sites.

Perform system troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repairs.

Qualifications
5+ years of experience in low-voltage installation.
2+ years in a lead or supervisory role.
Proficiency in copper and fiber optic cable installation and termination (Cat5e, Cat6, SC, ST, LC).
Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and installation instructions.
Experience with telecommunication room build-outs (racks, ladder racks, wire management, backboards).
Understanding of industry standards and testing requirements for various cable categories.
Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Education & Requirements
High school diploma or GED required; BICSI certification a plus.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work on ladders or lifts as needed.

Understand the requirements of CFHC's Exposure Control Plan. Personally, utilize universal precautions when practicing in a clinical setting.

Report as needed to Health Center Administrator any pertinent information or situations that impact on patient care or CFHC liability.

Demonstrate ability to work cooperatively with other members of the patient care team. Be supportive of coworkers.

Maintain cash drawers. Complete end of day Daily Summary Sheet and balance activities for the day run the reports (Billing Summary, Individual users and all users report)
All AMA's will be cross-trained in all areas of medical and dental services.
Follow all protocols associated with CFHC being a patient centered medical home i.e. Web enabling patients into the patient portal and identifying which patients are having a transition in their care.
Complete reports as requested by management.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Receives and responds to 911, emergency, non-emergency, complaint, and service-related phone calls.
Determines nature and priority of calls by asking questions of callers, and transfers information to appropriate units or person.
Operates computer-aided dispatch (CAD) system to dispatch public safety units to calls; monitors activities and location of public safety units to ensure situations are under control; provides immediate backup when needed and notifies appropriate supervisors.
Operates teletype computer equipment to enter, retrieve, and transmit information regarding outstanding warrants, vehicle registrations, driver licenses, criminal histories, etc.; maintains appropriate logs and files in accordance with requirements of the Florida Crime Information Commission (NCIC and FCIC) and departmental procedures.
Interacts in a professional manner via radio or telephone with the public and fellow employees and other public safety agencies.
Responsible for being knowledgeable of all material contained within the Communications Center Standard Operating Guide, has a working knowledge of departmental rules/regulations and city rules/regulations.
Maintains various files and logs to document information pertaining to public safety and established standards.
Conducts tours and assists with public education presentations at events when needed.

EQUIPMENT USED

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
