Must have a labor-intensive attitude and be capable of climbing towers, water tanks or rooftops, and the physical ability and willingness to scan, probe, dig and drill to obtain foundation dimensions and steel reinforcement on guyed, SST, and Monopole Towers Provide superior customer service while ensuring all essential job functions are performed in a timely, efficient, accurate, and safe manner. Adhere to all company and industry standard/regulations (OSHA, COMTRAIN, etc.) Office Duties (20- 30% of work time): Conduct due diligence for multiple projects prior to field work. Review peer work product. Qualifications: 2+ yeas of Telecom/Climbing experience required. Must be able to pass pre-employment screening that includes background and drug testing. Good communication and interpersonal skills; self-starter, team player, and results oriented.
