In this role you will complete installation, repair and testing of fiber and the different components, splice loose tube and ribbon fiber in compliance with modern standards and connect and configure fiber optic networks for facilities while troubleshooting problems. We are looking for Technicians that need work part time, call in situations that could become full time. We are an emergency company so we are called when disaster strikes. We will try to give a 24 hour notice of when work is scheduled. You will be required to pack out peoples belongings after a fire or water damage and then to clean the items to be returned. Packing experience is great but not necessary. Conditions are sometimes difficult. If soot or mold are present we have to wear PPE. We sometimes don't have electricity or water, and are exposed to the outdoor elements. A smart phone is required in order to run our documentation software. This would be considered a part time 1099 position starting out.

Road Technician Classification Non-Exempt The primary responsibility of the Road Technician position is to determine the status of service needed for various heavy machinery and/or machinery equipment. Technician will perform the necessary service, preventative maintenance, repairs, replacements and installations or re-building of parts to restore the equipment to proper operation. Essential Functions Provide troubleshooting and after-sale support to ensure timely resolution to customer issues. We will try to give a 24 hour notice of when work is scheduled. You will be required to pack out peoples belongings after a fire or water damage and then to clean the items to be returned. Packing experience is great but not necessary. Conditions are sometimes difficult. If soot or mold are present we have to wear PPE.
