Prepare and clean TMS equipment and treatment rooms following each session.
Ensure compliance with infection control protocols and clinic hygiene standards.
Record patient interactions and treatment data in electronic health records (EHR).
Coordinate effectively with healthcare providers and other team members.
Accountability Items:
Administer and monitor TMS treatments with precision and care.
Monitor and support patients undergoing Spravato treatments.
Follow and enforce all clinic policies and treatment protocols.
Manage incoming inquiries related to TMS and Spravato treatments, including voicemails and follow-up communication.
Emergency Response:
Assist in medical emergencies following established protocols.
Provide immediate care to patients until additional help arrives.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a healthcare or clinical setting, preferably with experience in TMS and Spravato treatments.
Certification in TMS administration (or willingness to obtain certification).
Strong understanding of medical procedures, infection control, and patient monitoring.
Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) and clinical documentation systems.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust with patients and colleagues.
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility to assist with front desk and administrative duties as needed.
