Train hatchery staff on the proper operation and maintenance of TARGAN systems. Maintain accurate service reports, parts inventory records, and customer communication logs. Partner with engineering and research teams to provide field performance feedback and suggest improvements. What We're Looking For Electro/Mechanical degree or 1-5 years' technical experience (automation, poultry production, or related fields). Strong mechanical troubleshooting and diagnostic skills. Ability to read blueprints, electrical & pneumatic schematics. Excellent communication & customer service skills; able to work independently. Valid driver's license; able to lift up to 50 lbs and travel daily to customer sites. Shift, Travel & Work Environment 1st shift, early morning hours position supporting hatchery operations. Work performed in poultry hatcheries-warm, humid environments are common. Daily travel to customer sites with occasional overnight stays. On-call support may be required on weekends or holidays. Responsible for the clerical duties associated with patient care and assists with patient care (newborn to geriatric) as directed by the Emergency Department Manager, Medical Director, and specific unit delegates. * DEPARTMENT DESCRIPTION * The Emergency Department provides care for patients with a wide variety of needs from non-critical to emergent medical conditions including emergent and urgent mental health care. All patients are welcome whether walking in or arriving by emergency transport. All Emergency Department staff are certified to care for critical cardiac and trauma patients including children. * EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS * High school diploma or equivalent preferred. * One (1) of the following required: * Six (6) months related experience. * Current unencumbered Oregon EMT, AEMT or EMT-I. * Healthcare Provider BLS required upon hire. * Experience or training in computer applications required. * Previous ED experience preferred. * KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES * Time Management: Ability to organize, plan and prioritize work to complete within required time frames and to follow-up on pending issues. Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously and thrive in dynamic fast-paced environments and under pressure. * Social Perceptiveness: Ability to work with a diverse population from pediatrics to geriatrics. Basic understanding of age-related differences in caring for and/or communicating with patients and caregivers. Possess personal sensitivity to the needs and experiences of others and a non-judgmental attitude towards persons of differing standards, values, lifestyles, and ages. * Communication: Effective written and oral communication skills to explain complex issues, exchange information between team members, and tactfully discuss issues. * Adaptability/Flexibility: Ability to respond quickly and appropriately to situations that may arise with high risk or diverse patient populations.
