What you will do:
Six Flags Over Texas is looking for a dedicated, organized individual to join the Entertainment Technical Services Team. As an Entertainment Technician, you will be responsible for assisting with the load in and load out of various show products and equipment, running assigned tracks for stage productions and special events, assisting with the installation and maintenance of all sets, props, sound, lighting and video equipment as needed, and working closely with the Technical Services team and Production Staff on any technical services projects as assigned. This individual will also ensure the smooth and safe operation of the assigned shows and special events.
How you will do it:
Perform daily operational duties to assist the department in the running of assigned show tracks
Perform regular inspections of all scenic elements, audio and lighting systems, and special effects (fog machines)
Repair and correct any issues quickly and safely to ensure a safe guest and team experience
Assist the Technical Services team with new builds and repairs, load ins and load outs, system maintenance and other projects as assigned
Effectively communicate with Entertainment Technical Services Leadership on any issues or safety concerns as they arise
Operate various tools (including power tools), vehicles and equipment as assigned
Adhere to safe work practices and policies that promote a safe work culture for the department and park
Must be available to work weekends and all technical rehearsals, as assigned
Must be available to work extended hours during specific times of the year
Must be able to follow directions provided by the Technical Leadership team
What you will need:
Must be at least 18 years old.
Must be able to work flexible hours on weekends during show and event operations as well as during tech rehearsals as needed
Previous technical experience in the Entertainment/ Theme Park Industry preferred
Must have some experience in carpentry, construction, or set building as well as some sound and/ or lighting experience
Should be proficient in the use of hand tools and various construction equipment or be able to learn quickly
Should have a basic knowledge of digital audio and lighting signal flow and be willing to learn the specific equipment used for each show and special event
Strong motivated team player with a strong ability to multi-task
Strong, verbal and written communication skills
Must be able to work on projects independently as well as with a team
Must ensure compliance with standard operating procedures, park policies, and regulations
Must be able to move or lift tools or equipment weighing up to 50lbs
Must be able to work indoors and outdoors in all types of weather conditions
Should be able to work at heights of 20 feet or more and occasionally work at heights of up to 100 feet via catwalks, ladders and personnel lifts
Valid driver's license to operate company vehicles, if assigned

Primary Purpose

Minimum Specifications Education
•Must be a graduate of an accredited Radiology program.
Experience
•Prefer one year experience in Radiology and/or Imaging modality. Equivalent Education and/or Experience may be considered.
Certification/Registration/Licensure
•Must have American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) with certification in Radiography (R) within 3 months of hire.
•Advanced Registry in Vascular Interventional (VI) or Cardiovascular Interventional (CV) preferred.
•Must have a Texas Department of State Health Services (TDSHS) - Medical Radiologic Technologist (MRT) certification 6 months of hire.
•Must have a current Healthcare Provider (BLS Level) CPR course completion card or obtain certification during initial orientation at Parkland from one of the following:

Responsibilities
1. Conducts specialized examinations in neurological and vascular radiology in order to provide quality patient care. Instructs patients on procedural matters prior to and during examinations to provide optimal information and comfort while effectively completing procedures. Assist the provider during routine and complex procedures by prepping the patient for procedures and functioning in a scrub role as needed to ensure that the activities meet the needs of the team. Performs surgical scrub, and donning gown and gloves. When possible, anticipate Radiologist and patient needs during a procedure.
2. Performs proper patient identification, interprets patient histories and physicians' orders ensuring that all procedures are performed according to Parkland, state and regulatory standards. Set up and prepare room with appropriate instruments, supplies, and equipment specific to procedures. Utilizes advanced knowledge of sterile and surgical techniques by practicing aseptic techniques.
3. Can speak to and perform the process of preparing contaminated instruments for cleaning, transporting contaminated instruments to sterile processing department, and how to retrieve clean sterilized instruments from sterile processing department. Assist with supply inventory by locating expired supplies and informing necessary personnel when inventory is low, depleted, or on backorder and takes appropriate action.
4. Accesses and handles selected medications and administers contrast. Administers contrast material in the correct dosage, route and observes patients for adverse reactions. Informs and assists physicians and radiologists with patient scheduling, patient transfers, and emergency cases ensuring that all preexam procedures are followed including allergic reaction and level tests.
5. Processes acquired images onto PACS. Ensures that images and records are properly completed with patient identification data and appropriate labeling. Completes exam charges and image documentation in a timely manner.
6. Operates and maintains equipment including warm-up, running quality assurance checks, calibration, provide routine troubleshooting procedures, request repair and notifying supervisor of maintenance needs. Maintains a record of quality assurance tests to ensure that equipment runs efficiently and effectively. Maintains all passwords to each computer system. Participates in all aspects of The Joint Commission Continual Readiness.
7. Serves as a lead worker and resource to other staff as needed. Instructs students and/or new employees on the use of specialized equipment to ensure adequate training and improved patient care. Maintains patient confidentiality and ensures that all processes and procedures are maintained to secure and protect all workstations in all work areas.
8. Responds to inquiries, calls, emails in a timely and professional manner. Communicates hand off regarding patient information, workflow issues, equipment concerns and/or pending exams. Engages in equitable distribution of departmental workloads.
9. Participates in departmental Performance Improvement Programs, promotes Parkland Health mission, vision, values, and its relationship to the work environment, attends modality meetings satisfactorily. Functions in the department as part of an interdisciplinary team and collaborates in the care and service delivery process of patient care through effective communication with other service lines.

Off Road Place is looking to hire a skilled Automotive Technician with electrical experience to install after-market accessories to a variety of vehicles. You will be responsible for timely installations and repairs.
Off-Road Place is looking to hire an exceptionally skilled Automotive Technician who is passionate about the Off-Road/Overland sector. The forementioned individual will come with electrical experience with working knowledge to install after-market accessories to a variety of vehicles. This individual will be responsible for timely installations, as well as repairs, while adhering to our detail oriented culture.
Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for installation of aftermarket & suspension parts/Responsible for installation of aftermarket suspension parts, predominantly with the Toyota brand of vehicles. Other domestic vehicles may be included
Install aftermarket accessories mainly on Toyotas, but other domestic vehicles may also be included strike
Experience cutting/ trimming to fit bigger oversized tires
Perform installs in a timely manner, in accordance with manufacturer guidelines
Mount and balance tires, including oversized tires
Install and service suspensions, alignments and gears
Perform quality inspections prior to beginning work and prior to returning the vehicle to the customer
Wire aftermarket light bars, rock lights, etc. while keeping all wires organized and labeled
Communicate directly with Service Advisor so that customers can be informed if any additional service is needed
Qualifications
Minimum 2-4 years previous experience as a mechanic
Knowledge of shop equipment
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
Thorough time management skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Automotive Electrical certification
Experience wiring aftermarket lights and controllers
Preferred Experience
Suspension experience with brands like Kings/Fox/Icon/Dobinsons, including recommended tuning
Master Technician, or willing to obtain within one (1) year of hire
Experience creating custom wire harnesses

Responsibilities will include:
* Perform diagnosis, repair and maintenance of fleet including electrical and brakes
* Preventative maintenance including oil change, brakes, lights, filters, tire pressure and tread depth, etc.
* Knowledge of repairs with Detroit Diesel, Cummins, and Mercedes Engines.
* Write itemized "story" to summarize each repair performed.
* Follow all DOT, State & Federal requirements and company standards.
* Use effective interpersonal skills to maintain positive working relationships with internal and external customers
* Good mechanical aptitude and work ethic needed
* Contribute to the goals of the shop, leadership team and company
* Properly clocks on and off applicable repair orders and repair segments.
Minimum Qualifications & Requirements:
* 2-5 years of mechanic experience on heavy-duty trucks
* Must have a Valid Driver's License
* Must pass a pre-employment drug screen, physical and background check
Physical Demands/Working Conditions:
* Regularly required to use hands to handle materials, reach with hands and arms, and talk and hear.
* Regularly lift objects up to 50 lbs.
* Frequently required to sit, stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
