ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
* Assemble, wire, fit, and modify high complex assemblies, including non-standard such as Special Assembly, Power Companies, and Pull and Switch Sections, demonstrating advanced understanding.
* Fill out ISO checklists, quality checklists, customer checklists, feedback forms, and production lists for supervision, drafting, customer service, and engineering as required.
* Mount and install electrical equipment and perform wire operations as needed.
* Regularly lift and assemble with heavy copper parts.
* Maintain minimum levels of Kanban inventory and report shortages to appropriate operators.
* Inspect all assemblies for loose or missing hardware and cleanliness.
* Respond to change notices, customer requested adjustments, and development needs.
* Assist engineering, drafting, and supervision with customer-initiated development work.
* Work to manufacturing information, electrical and mechanical drawings, sketches, written or oral instructions from supervision or Engineering to established procedures.
* Pull drawings for units using ENOVIA.

Qualifications:
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
* High school diploma or GED equivalent from an accredited institution.
* At least 1 year in a SG37 assembly role.
* Completed qualifications through pay for skill.

**Responsibilities**
+ Ensures Health and Safety is the number one goal by following policies, processes, and acting in a safe manner at all times
+ Hands-on operation of manual and automated hydroblasting equipment
+ Operation of special equipment, such as Ultra High-Pressure pumps
+ Operate equipment by energizing the pumping equipment and/or any specialized Hydroblasting and/or Chemical cleaning equipment, vacuum trucks and cutting equipment being used on the job
+ May be required to examine surface cleaned to ensure conformance to company and customer expectations
+ Conduct routine and required maintenance on the unit and all peripherals, including industrial vacuumingequipment and the disposal of hazardous and non-hazardous materials
+ Perform routine maintenance on company equipment being used on the job
+ Additional duties as assigned.

**Work Environment**
+ Tools, equipment, & large machinery used such as industrial cleaning equipment and vehicles
+ May periodically use computers for training purposes.
+ Working conditions: outside work, extreme temperatures, noisy conditions, shift work, flexible schedules, on-call hours, 24/7 availability.
+ Physical effort required: Heavy lifting, working with large machinery, confined spaces, and heights.
+ Travel required: Regular overnight travel will be required for this position.
**Qualifications**
+ Reliable transportation- VALID DRIVERS LICENSE PREFERRED
+ Ability to perform physical functions per Key Responsibilities
+ This position includes emergency response, a continuing condition of employment is agreeing to be on-call; on occasion working on weekends and holidays will be required; emergency response situations can extend beyond 8 hours, up to 12-24 hrs.
+ Perform physical functions per job requirements
+ Successfully complete a background check, drug test, and physical, by position
**Skills and Experience:**
+ Specific vocational preparation including classroom safety training, on-the-job training and essential experience gained on other jobs
+ Language proficiency: understand English at a level to comprehend safety training and respond to instructions in emergency situations
+ Valid driver license and other requirements of company's driving policy required when driving company vehicle or using personal vehicle on company business
+ OSHA certification may be required for this job
+ Must be knowledgeable in the operation of emergency equipment, such as fire extinguishers
+ May have to provide Federal Transportation Workers Identification Credential (TWIC).

For this role, we look for individuals to be responsible for providing maintenance and repair for a variety of customer and company-owned heavy equipment machinery and aerial lifts. Mechanics will have the opportunity to work on the newest fleet in the industry.
Primary Responsibilities
Practice safe job practices for repairing equipment
Use technology (laptops and tablets) comfortably
Maintenance and repair of complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems on a variety of rental and customer equipment and tools while using a high degree of independent judgment
Assist in the training of lower level technicians as needed
Maintain paperwork/electronic documentation of work performed (work orders) in a complete and timely manner on a daily basis
Assist with pick-up and delivery of equipment & parts
Be knowledgeable of OSHA requirements (preferred)
Field Mechanics: When required, travel to customer job sites for repair/maintenance of rental or customer owned equipment; must maintain service vehicle in a clean and professional manner
Year-round company provided OEM training
Other duties, assigned as needed
Skills & Qualifications
Must own tools applicable to position
Advanced mechanical aptitude and working knowledge of tools
Extensive knowledge of construction equipment with an advanced understanding of schematics and diagrams
Superior customer service, teamwork and verbal/written communication skills
High School diploma, Trade school certificate preferred
Experience in field service, maintenance and repair preferred
Field mechanics: Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record. Must be at least 21 years old to operate company vehicle.
Must be able to move, stand, stoop and bend freely
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times
Field Technicians: may be required to be clean shaven in order to enter worksites for EquipmentShare customers who have this requirement
This is a safety sensitive position and any offer of employment will be contingent on passing a 10 panel drug screen
