Tower Climber Top Hand (Tower Technician III) We are seeking enthusiastic and experienced towers climbers to join our established and growing team. Tower Modification Technician (Top Hand) As a Tower Top hand you will be working in a team environment assisting with projects, which may include: new builds, site mods, water tanks or on a roof tops. Daily activities may include on-site installation, repair, and modification. Physical Demands The physical demands described are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Physical demands include bending, stooping, reaching, lifting, walking, standing and using stairs to enter/exit the work area. The employee must have the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and be able to maneuver between growing spaces that are 24 inches apart.
