Required Qualifications: 8+ years of experience as a Field Service Representative or in a similar role. Bachelor's Degree Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility Proficiency in Systems Engineering with expertise in VMware, Windows, and Linux baselines(Red Hat). Experience with Docker and Kubernetes(Openshift) Experience with scripting languages like Bash and Powershell. In-depth knowledge and experience with modern IT configured as an on-premises cloud stack. Familiarity with BMIS C2 applications and the BMIS mission. Demonstrated ability to install, troubleshoot, and resolve system and application issues. Hands-on experience with local system administration tasks such as provisioning users and managing configurations. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all organizational levels. Experience training users on systems and utilizing issue-tracking systems such as Jira Service Desk or ServiceNow. Preferred Qualifications:Experience working in a Department of Defense (DoD) or similar secure environment. Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices and compliance standards. Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., VMware, Microsoft, Linux, or ITIL).
