What You'll Do:
Must know and understand all applicable federal, state, and local codes and be able to apply them in a practical manner on each job.
Accurately diagnose the cause of water quality issues; recommend options for repair, installation or replacement of systems to customers; and complete all authorized service repairs.
Quote each job by using a flat rate price book in accordance with company policy, collect and deliver payment from customer to the office and complete and submit all required paperwork in a timely and accurate manner.
Work with inspectors, suppliers and co-workers to ensure correct project work, while abiding by all codes.
Carry out general skills such as: soldering; pipe-threading/gluing/using pro-press tools and fittings; diagnosing mechanical issues with water treatment equipment and repairing; water leak detection and repair; performing basic water quality tests; changing out drinking water filters.
Communicate effectively with supervisors, dispatchers, CSRs and customers to ensure complete alignment at all times during the service repair or replacement process.

Job Title: Cable Pullers & Technicians - Healthcare Facilities Support Employment Type: Long-Term Contract (Ongoing) Shift: 3rd shift We are actively hiring cable pullers and technicians for a long-term, ongoing contract supporting structured cabling projects across healthcare facilities in the Houston area. This is a first-shift role with consistent hours and stable work. Technicians will focus primarily on rack and cable management work, including dressing wire, terminations, patching, and equipment setup.
Responsibilities:
Cable Pullers:
+ Pull and route Cat5e, Cat6, coaxial, and fiber optic cables
+ Assist with installation of cable trays, conduits, and pathways
+ Support senior staff with labeling and documentation
+ Maintain clean and safe work areas
Technicians:
+ Perform cable terminations and patch panel work
+ Dress and organize cables neatly on racks and within enclosures
+ Install and configure network racks, patch panels, and related hardware
+ Test and certify cabling infrastructure
+ Ensure clean, professional setups in accordance with healthcare standards
+ Follow infection control and safety protocols
Qualifications:
Cable Pullers:
+ Entry-level to 1+ years of experience in cable pulling or construction
+ Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on ladders or lifts
+ Reliable transportation to job sites
Technicians:
+ 2+ years of experience in structured cabling, especially rack and wire management
+ Strong attention to detail and neatness in wire dressing and hardware setup
+ Familiarity with healthcare facility standards preferred
+ Ability to read blueprints and work independently

Leadman - Provides leadership, instruction, and guidance to other craft workers in work crew, providing assistance to Foreman, while working in the capacity of a journeyman. Assembles, analyzes for defects, and repairs boilers, tanks, vats and pressure vessels, boiler auxiliaries and ancillaries according to blueprints specifications, using power tools and hand tools. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Locates and marks reference points for columns or plates on foundation, sing master straight edge, squares, transit and measuring tape and applying knowledge of geometry.
- Attaches rigging or signals crane operator to lift components to specified position.
- Aligns structures or plates sections to assemble boiler frame, tanks or vats sing plumb bobs, levels, wedges, dogs or turnbuckles.
- Hammers, flame-cuts, files grinds irregular edges of sections or structural parts to facilitate fitting edges together.
- Bolts or arc-welds structures and sections together.
- Positions drums and headers into supports or bolts or welds supports to frame.
- Aligns water tubes, connects and expands ends to drums and headers using tube expander.
- Bolts or welds casing sections, uptakes, stacks, baffles and such fabricated parts as chutes, air heaters, fan stands, feeding tube, cat walks, ladders, coal hoppers and safety hatch to frame using wrenches
- Performs minor maintenance or cleaning activities with tools and equipment.
- Installs manholes, handholds, valves, gauges and feed water connection in drums to complete assembly of water tube boilers.
- Signals crane operator in lifting parts to specific positions.
- Assists in testing assembled vessels by pumping water or gas under specified pressure into vessels and observing instruments for evidence of leakage.
- Repairs boilers or tanks in field by unbolting or flame cutting defective sections or tubes, straightening plates using torch or jacks, installing new tubes, fitting and welding new sections and replacing worn lugs on bolts.
- May fasten and caulk sections of vessels, using pneumatic fasteners and caulking hammers.
- May line firebox with refractory brick and blocks.
- May fabricate parts such as, stacks, uptakes, and chutes to adapt boiler to premises in which it is installed.
- Flame cutting and knowledge of torch use.
- Responsible for observing and complying with all safety and project rules. Performs other duties as required.
