Position Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
Perform tower construction tasks including erection, decommissioning, antenna & line installation, microwave work, and maintenance.
Install mounting hardware and equipment at height.
Read and follow blueprints, site drawings, and technical instructions.
Use test equipment such as Anritsu, Kaelus, voltmeters, and fiber testers.
Maintain high safety standards while climbing, rigging, and lifting at heights exceeding 100 feet.
Travel frequently (up to 2-4 weeks at a time).

High School Diploma or AA/AS degree or other 2-year post high school training with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills for frequent interaction among engineers, peers and management.
Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
Familiar with test equipment or lab equipment used for non-destructive and destructive analysis.
US Citizen
Past experience in failure analysis of electronic assemblies
Past experience testing and analyzing electronic components and materials
5+ years of experience in a material evaluation or failure analysis laboratory
Capable of obtaining a U.S. DoW Secret security clearance
