What You'll Do
As a Field Service Technician, you'll:
Diagnose, repair, and maintain industrial equipment and systems.
Recommend solutions that support both customer needs and company standards.
Work with advanced electrical and mechanical systems, including controls such as VFD, Vector, and PLCs.
Service equipment like lifts, cranes, elevators, conveyors, hoists, gear drives, material handling equipment, couplings, bearings, and more.
Communicate effectively with site engineering teams and all levels of the organization.
Bring a strong customer service mindset to every interaction.
What We're Looking For
Education: High School Diploma or GED.
Experience: At least 3 years as a maintenance technician in the heavy material handling equipment industry.
Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with VFD, Vector, and PLC controls, plus knowledge of industrial equipment and parts (bearings, lifts, material handling equipment, cranes, conveyors, elevators, couplings, hoists, gear drives, etc.).
Aptitude: Strong mathematical, mechanical, and electrical skills.
Physical Ability: Comfortable lifting, tightening, adjusting, and securing heavy objects.

POSITION PURPOSE

Service Technician Job Skills:
Diagnosing and repairing problems for cooling towers, fluid coolers and other similar HVAC equipment associated with large scale commercial and industrial facilities.
Safely and proficiently working from ladders, man-lifts and scaffolding as needed and required.
Familiarity with hand tools, battery powered tools, saws, and other tools as required.
Understanding of chill water systems including water flow, pumps, and valves.
Ability to work effectively as both part of a team and independently.
Effectively communicates verbally and in writing with customers and co-workers.
Able to read schematics and diagrams for all cooling tower equipment.
Documents service and installation activities by completing work orders for each job, maintenance checklist and daily time sheets.
Maintains rapport with customers by addressing complaints and identifying solutions.
Maintains a safe and clean working environment by complying with established policies, procedures, rules and regulations.
Independently manages daily business needs by identifying parts to order for repairs and determines the urgency of the requirement.

About the role
POSITION SUMMARY
The Echocardiogram Technologist (PRN) uses high-frequency sound waves (ultrasound) and other noninvasive echocardiography testing equipment to produce diagnostic images. These procedures require specialized knowledge and skills to support geriatric patient care.
