Full-time Description The Tower Technician works with cell phone towers to provide wireless communications services. A Tower Technician may assist in setting support infrastructure to build towers from the ground up. They also conduct routine maintenance while also installing more delicate equipment antennas, lighting at the top of the towers which requires additional education, experience, and training. When at the telecom job sites, the focus is always on efficiency, quality, and safety. As a Cell Tower Technician one will have a complete understanding of the wireless industry. 90% of the time will be spent onsite climbing cell towers. One will fully grasp all aspects of the initial training of the Associate Tower Technician and the Tower Technician. The Tower Lead will assist the Tower Foreman in developing and planning complete site build (as it pertains to the SOW at hand). One will share ultimate responsibility for quality of SOW deliverable. The Tower Lead will assist the Tower Foreman in identifying change orders, obstacles and safety concerns that may impede SOW timeline. One will possess leadership skills to direct all top side activities. The Lead will support the Foreman when on the ground. Under general supervision, performs echocardiograph procedures and prepares study for interpretation by cardiologist. Reviews data and may confer with the appropriate medical personnel. Supports the philosophy and complies with policies and procedures of the organization at the Cardiology Department.Essential Responsibilities: Upholds Kaiser Permanentes Policies and Procedures, Principles of Responsibilities and applicable state, federal and local laws. Performs diagnostic studies to include 2-D, M-Mode, Doppler, color flow mapping, Stress. Transthoracic and transesophageal echocardiograms. Record and maintain a daily log and files of studies performed. Aids in preparation of records for interpretation, collection, and distribution of diagnostic data and reports. Ensure equipment is operational and available for procedures. Participate in developing and conducting in-service programs and patient care classes. Performs echocardiograph procedures, obtains necessary images, prepares study for interpretation by cardiologist, reviews data and may confer with appropriate medical personnel.
