POSITION DOES REQUIRE LOCATION TO OUR COTTAGE GROVE, WI OR ALBUQUERQUE, NM LOCATION WITHIN 60 TO 120 DAYS OF EMPLOYMENT. Telecommunication Tower Apprentices will learn and be trained perform a wide variety of field specific job duties. We travel throughout the US and although the travel is extensive, we look to schedule employees for 2-3 weeks in the field at a time. Time off is backlogged after each deployment. The Opportunity We're hiring a Native Seed Fulfillment Technician at our Foley, MN location to support our warehouse and seed mixing operations. In this role, you'll help ensure that every order is prepared accurately and efficiently-from weighing and mixing seed to packaging and shipping. You'll work with a variety of tools and equipment, maintain a clean and organized warehouse, and play a critical role in ensuring product quality and customer satisfaction. What You Will Do Accurately weigh and mix native grass and wildflower seed to fill orders, either by hand or with mixing machinery. Assist with packaging and shipping of seed orders, ensuring correct packaging for each order type. Help receive, label, and organize inbound seed inventory. Maintain product integrity by following standardized processes and ensuring the right order goes to the right customer on time. Keep the fulfillment and warehouse areas clean, orderly, and contamination-free. Verify proper seed storage conditions, including temperature, humidity, and pest control. Perform routine maintenance on warehouse tools and equipment, including forklifts, mixing machines, and bag stitchers. Support occasional work in other areas of the Products division, such as greenhouse or field production. What You Will Need to Be Successful Previous experience in warehouse, fulfillment, or production environments preferred. Able to move and lift up to 50 lbs. The ability to work in a seed warehouse environment with exposure to fine seed dust created during mixing, packaging, and seed processing operations. All necessary PPE is provided. Familiarity with or ability to learn native seed mixing processes and equipment. Able to operate pallet jacks and forklifts (or willing to obtain forklift certification within 3 months). Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities.
